HELLO GOODBYE

Today had got to be the most achieving beach session. let me explain.

Well firstly HAPPY DEEPAVALI to all! tho we dun celebrate, we still get e holiday! Missed ravi's celebration at his hse. regrets but i actually learnt sth! ha. anyway, sentosa was filled with the laughter and joyous mood of our dear indian mates. frm the age of 1year old to 60 years old. they are enjoying the sand n e sun st beach! (tho some came in jeans!) picnics, games, relaxing, swimming. I can so sense their celebration mood! (:

When the girls were playing, they stood at e side and watch, cheering for us and applauding at every good spike/receive. Cheer us on when we failed at the pt. We even had a game with them. and surprisingly, they can receive the spikes well! even better den me okay. well the way they played as non vballer players are alr sth to praise abt! plus they are sporting bunch. they smiled and came to chat with us after e games and even wished us HAPPY DEEPAVALI! oh man, i love it. Like strangers becoming frens over a game of vball! (:

I had such a nice encounter with them that i went home smiling to myself when i tink of their faces when they played. Their actions and their spirit! its like. that kinda freedom and joy that expresses everything. Those tt din turn up for beach most prob wun understand wad i reali meant. well i hope SOMEBODY do understand me. cos, i jus wanna share e joy!

I gotta admit, Singaporeans judge and sterotype too much. Most of e times we had ONE example/experience of a certain situation, we continue to link ALL situations to that ONE example/experience. well yes, its wrong, but its human nature. But at least, it wun hurt as long as u change! So from this point onwards. i will make a reminder to myself, this shall not be e case anymore!
