Like i mentioned to lw, im gonna start my intensive exercise now. I seriously need to lose some weights. i dun wan fats to become my belt! all the food indulgence gotta stop.
Well, up on list.
1. NO SUPPER esp after training.
2. REDUCE ON RICE
3. 100 crunches/per day
4. 100 V-up/per day
5. JOG before every training.
6. No chocolates/junk food
7. Reduce on fried stuffs
8. NO MORE KAYA PIEs ):
9. Remind myself to do the above.
10. Carry out these list for at least a month. okay, mabbe half a month.
Ironically, i wanna blog abt korean food. =D cousie and I, with our mummys, went Novena today. Had this korean cuisine at "The Korean Restaurant". There were lotsa special stuffs, esp the barley rice. Super nice! But the chopsticks are reali skinny. Being a wrong chopstick holder, i kept dropping the food. zzzz. anyway, some shots.

But its damn ex. jus 2 dishes lidat cost 40++ excluding service charge/GST. killer huh? well, no harm trying it out, but not patronise-able.
Tomorrow is beach at clementi. Im so gonna soak myself in sun block tho im not playing. I mean, i got burnt e last time i watched them play. hows that? damn dumb huh. so not gonna risk. ugh. Please let the weather be fine tmr.................................
